An appeal is a process for requesting a formal change to an official decision. If a case has been denied, a person usually has a right to appeal the case. In immigration law a respondent or applicant appeals to either:

  • USCIS Administrative Level (AAO/AAU)
  • Board of Immigration Appeals
  • Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Central District Court
